Gross! That torso-less person standing behind her is creepy too. I was at Old Navy a month or so ago and I got freaked out by that mannequin dog. Little Bastard was hidden at the end of an aisle.
I'm thinking I would have said something along the lines of.... "If you all simply forgot to get her completely dressed, that's fine just go fix it. But if you all are honestly try to attract pedophiles with that display...um...I'm not shopping here anymore." :p
